That's right - today is the day that Genevieve turns the big 3-0.
She's been downplaying the whole 30 thing for a while now, but I think it's finally sinking in.

You were born in 19x8 just like me. I have a decade on you. I'm the old man though-- I turned 40 in January!
Best advice-- stay active-- I'm regretting that one right now. I don't bounce back like I use to and I use to exercise regularly in my 20s. Got too busy with the wife and kids and want to get back to it-- too many albums to design right now. I guess I can blame my condition on my computer-- I spend far too much time tweaking images, designing albums, e-mailing, and marketing-- it makes me a computer potato! :(
